If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen for your application or at the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ Account sign in screen.
Go to your application to sign-in or go to the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ Account sign-in screen, then enter your email address.
Select
Reset your password
, then select
Send link
.
Go to your email Inbox and find the
Password reset request
email.

If you don't receive the email, you may need to add access.info@thomsonreuters.com to your email contact list or allowed contacts list.
Select the link to complete the password change.
Enter your new password twice, then select
Change password
.
Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:
