Why can't I sign in?
The ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Account uses your email address to sign in. If you can't sign in, reset your password.
What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication is an additional security layer to protect your data.
How do I sign in if I don't have my phone?
When you set up two-factor authentication, you get a Recovery Code to store in case you lose or are separated from your phone. You can also use more than one method of verification.
Why do I have to link my accounts?
If you have an existing company identity system you can link that account to your ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Account. Then you can sign in to ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ products using your company credentials.
